NABH is one of the prestigious accreditation for medical facilities in India that insist on following the highest standards in providing medical service. Nowadays NABH standards accreditation, alongside with international standards such as JCQHC (Japan) and JCI (USA), means “a high level” quality of healthcare in a country.

Ayurvedic hospital Rajah Beach is placed in Kerala, near seashore village Akalad, Thrishur district, in 86 km distance from international airport Cochin (COK). It is 2 hours road by car from airport till Hospital.

Rajah Beach is in 5 minutes pedestrian walk from near hospital Rajah Eco Beach, and very big but not overcrowded beach Akald, that perfectly suits for walk by the sea, is in 300 meters distance from hospital.

The hospital Ayurvedic center consists from doctor’s cabinets, healing kitchen and pharmacy, 4 treatment rooms and relax zone near the swimming pool. There are 16 therapists and 4 doctors working here.

Beside all main Ayurvedic programs, such as "Cleansing the body (Panchakarma)", "Strengthening the immune system" and "Weight loss" in Ayurvedic center of Rajah Beach hospital such diseases as: diabetes mellitus, obesity, stomach ulcers, male and female infertility, eye diseases, dystonia, hemiplegia, hypertension, asthma, musculoskeletal disorders, sclerosis, peripheral neuritis, psoriasis and other skin diseases, rheumatic joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, nervous disorders, etc. are also treated.

Along with traditional Ayurvedic treatment, at Rajah Beach could be used such therapies as acupuncture and acupressure (as prescribed by a doctor, no additional charge)

Doctors and clinic staff speak English

For guests of the clinic who do not speak English, it is possible to invite an interpreter to consult with the doctor.

All medicines and oils, used at the therapy, are made at the own ayurvedic products plant, placed on  Rajah Healthy Acres hospital territory.

Healing procedures are made twice a day and consists of oil massages and other different types of ayurvedic therapy. Average duration of the procedure is from 1,5 to 2 hours daily.

 Yoga is also doing twice a day, at the morning and at the evening.

Rajah Beach is one of the smallest (due to the room amount) Ayurvedic hospitals in Kerala, but is able to give to its guests all complex of the comfort and service, that only is possible at the big Kerala hotels and resorts.

At Rajah Beach hospital territory (with a total area of 20 acres) there are enormous zones for guest service: for recreation and board games, big swimming pool with fresh water, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, place for Yoga and also armchairs and hammocks for relaxation located in the garden among coconut trees.

There are bikes for hire to do cycling through the near countrysides.

In a big restaurant of Rajah Beach hospital only vegetarian dishes are served due to the personal ayurvedic doctor’s recommendations. Most of the products, used in cooking dishes, are grown in own fruit gardens and vegetable plantations.

Different cultural programs and cooking workshops are a part of every evening in Rajah Beach and helps resort guests to get acquainted with national dances, music and other cultural forms of arts and traditions.

Also here are made a short-termed recreational trips to the city or for acquainting with other resorts of  Rajah Ayurveda Group.

Rajah Beach hospital hosts guests with children. Children under 6 years (sleeping on the parents’ bed) – free of charge,

sleeping on the extra bed – 5 USD per day

Staying in hospital without healing (for accompanying persons) consists 24 USD per day.
