Ayurvedic hospital Rajah Healthy Acres is situated on the territory of the rubber plantation with total area about 80 hectares in Koottanad – Palakkad district, in 87 km away of the international airport Cochin (COK), Kerala. You can reach that distance by car in 2 hours.

In Rajah Healthy Acres hospital big restaurant only vegetarian dishes are served due to the personal ayurvedic doctor’s recommendations. Most of the products, used in cooking dishes, are grown at fruit gardens and vegetable plantations.

On Rajah Healthy Acres territory different medical plants are grown. Besides medical plants you can se here coconut palms, mango and rubber trees, jackfruit, banana, pineapple, papaya, and various Indian spices, that are traditional for Kerala region.

While walking across the resort you can met here peacocks, cranes and other birds, and natural beauty and calmness creates an ideal atmosphere for ayurvedic treatment.

An Ayurvedic Center of Rajah Healthy Acres is headed by doctor Dr.Sreeraj and has a team of 10 doctors and 60 therapists and is one of the best ayurvedic centers of Rajah Ayurveda Hospitals Group.

Beside all main ayurvedic programs, such as "The body purification (Panchakarma)", "Strengthening the immune system" and "Weight loss" in ayurvedic center of Rajah Healthy Acres hospital such diseases as: diabetes mellitus, obesity, stomach ulcers, male and female infertility, eye diseases, dystonia, hemiplegia, hypertension, asthma, musculoskeletal disorders, sclerosis, peripheral neuritis, psoriasis and other skin diseases, rheumatic joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, nervous disorders, etc. are also treated.

Along with traditional ayurvedic treatment, at Rajah Healthy Acres could be used such therapies as acupuncture and acupressure (as prescribed by a doctor, no additional charge).

For clinic guests who do not speak English - there is an opportunity to call an interpreter for consultations with doctor.

All medicines and oils, used at the therapy, are made at the own ayurvedic products plant, placed on the hospital territory.

Healing procedures are made twice a day and consists of oil massages and other different types of ayurvedic therapy. Average duration of the procedure is from 1,5 to 2 hours daily. Yoga classes are also doing twice a day (at the morning and at the evening).

Ashoka

Ashoka (only 4 rooms) – 2 single-standing cottages situated not far away of the main (medical) building of the hospital. At the each cottage there are 2 rooms with personal entrances and one therapeutic cabinet. Standard rooms with 2 single beds has got total areas about 23 m² and a big washing room with a shower and a toilet (with free shower accessories and a bathrobe).

Every room has an air conditioner and small terrace with a sight on a garden. Also there are, wardrobe, safe, telephone, TV with satellite channels and WI-FI.

Thulasi Up Stair

Thulasi Up Stair (only 16 rooms) – it is the main type of accommodation at Rajah Healthy Acres hospital. All rooms are placed on the 2nd floor of the big building not far away of the restaurant and main (medical) building.

Standard rooms with 2 single beds has got total areas about 30 m² and a big washing room with a shower and a toilet (with free shower accessories and a bathrobe). Every room has an air conditioner and small living zone and a common terrace with a sight on a garden. Also there are, wardrobe, safe, telephone, TV with satellite channels and WI-FI.

There are also therapeutic cabinets nearby (one cabinet for two rooms).

Thulasi A/C

Thulasi A/C – only 10 rooms. Pretty popular type of accommodation at Rajah Healthy Acres hospital. All rooms are placed on the 1st floor of the big building not far away of the restaurant and main (medical) building.

Rooms with 2 single beds has got total areas about 50 m² and a big washing room with a shower and a toilet (with free shower accessories and a bathrobe) and personal room for therapeutic procedures.

Every room has an air conditioner and big living zone and a terrace with a sight on a garden. Also there are, wardrobe, safe, telephone, TV with satellite channels and WI-FI.

Hut

Huts (only 3 cabins, one of them is Bamboo Hut) – single-standing cabins, situated in the garden on the distance about 500 meters away from the main buildings. Cabins has got total area about 80 m² and consists of living room with TV, bedroom with an air conditioner and 2 single beds and personal room for therapeutic procedures.

Washing room with a shower and a toilet (with free shower accessories and a bathrobe). Also there are, wardrobe, safe, telephone, TV with satellite channels and WI-FI.

Bamboo Hut is smaller (has got only one big room), has open air shower and small separate toilet (there is no washing room in the cabin).

Food for guests, living in the cabins, is delivered exactly at the cabins or the car with driver is provided for going to the restaurant or Yoga.

All three cabins (Hut and Bamboo Hut) are situated pretty close and got a big terraces.

Boorjapathram

Bhoorjapathram – the biggest cottage at The Rajah Healthy Acres. As other cottages, he is situated in the garden on the distance about 500 meters away from the main buildings.

House has got an average area about 140 m². and consists of big living room, divided into 2 zones - dining zone with a fridge and recreation zone with TV and armchairs. 2 bedrooms with an air conditioner and separated beds has personal big washing rooms (with free shower accessories and a bathrobe).

Here is 2 personal therapeutic room and a big terrace with seen on the garden and small kitchen. Also there are, wardrobe, safe, telephone, TV with satellite channels and WI-FI.

Food for guests, living in the cabins, is delivered exactly at the cabins or the car with driver is provided for going to the restaurant or Yoga.
